The CEBMa has two areas of focus:
The Center of Evidence-Based Management is an independent foundation under civil law. The foundation is non-profit in nature and does not operate for its own gain. The seat of the foundation is Amsterdam, Holland.
The bodies of the foundation are the Board and the Academic Council. As a rule, the members of these bodies work for the foundation in an honorary capacity. The Center was founded with financial support from Ten Have Change Management and is supported by educational and consulting services by the members of the Evidence-Based Management Collaborative.
The Academic Council advises and supports the Board as the latter performs its duties. The council is comprised of distinguished scientists who represent leading academic institutions.
The Center for Evidence-Based Management’s staff is comprised of the managing director, a webmaster and editor, a librarian and an office manager. The Director is charged with the day-to-day management of the Center.
